Any total or partial reproduction or copying is forbidden without our express, prior and written consent. By accessing or using or download documents and services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service or download any document.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE

Recognising the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Italy or the country in which you reside.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold haloedition.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, any data on the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION - NO REVERSE ENGINEERING

Confidential Information includes information, whether written, electronic or oral, which customers or visitors knows or reasonably should know is proprietary, confidential or a trade secret of Halo Edition, including any and all technical or business information, specifications and design information for Halo Edition Products, servicing information, customer lists, pricing information, marketing information, policies, procedures and manuals regarding Halo Edition products or customers or distribution channels, research and development and other proprietary matter relating to the Halo Edition Products or business of Halo Edition. Halo Edition will likewise restrict its disclosure of the Confidential Information to those who have a need to know such Confidential Information in order for customers to perform its obligations and enjoy its rights under this Policy. Such persons will be informed of and will agree to the provisions of this Section and customers will remain responsible for any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information by any of them. Customer, nor Customer employees, independent contractors nor other agents shall (a) reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise disassemble Halo Edition Products from the products themselves or from any other information made available to them, or (b) otherwise use any of the Confidential Information or Customer provided training to support, maintain or otherwise service a third party’s products or services.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer is responsible for and warrants their compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations including but not limited to customs laws, import and export laws and governmental regulation of any country to, from, through or over which the shipment may be carried. The Customer agrees to furnish such information and complete and attach to this Bill of Lading such documents as are necessary to comply with such laws, rules and regulations. The Broker assumes no liability to the Customer or to any other person for any loss or expense due to the failure of the Customer to comply with this provision. Any individual or entity acting on behalf of the Customer in scheduling shipments hereunder warrants that it has the right to act on behalf of the Customer and the right to legally bind Customer. Customer is responsible to pay any import custom fees in order to receive the goods. In case the goods return to us, customer needs to pay first the return broker cost and the new shipping cost in order to ship again the goods.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

After the order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment department for production and shipping. Orders that have been not shipped cannot be cancelled. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by: By email: info@haloedition.com. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods were not used or damaged
- If the Goods are shipped from oversea countries and are bound by import fees, in this case, we shall deduct the fees from the amount we need to reimburse to the Customer.

The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions and in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale or generated with promo code cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

RETURNING GOODS

You are responsible for the cost and shipping cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address: Mandalaki Studio 24 Via Gian Francesco Pizzi Milano, Lombardia, 20141 Italy. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. You are responsible for any import cost of returning the Goods to Us.

DEFECTS / DAMAGED GOODS UPON DELIVERY POLICY:

We accept returns for goods within 7 days of delivery date for damaged or defective goods upon delivery and we will issue an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email: info@haloediton.com. Shall explain us nature of defect or damage and include photos or video of the inner and outer packaging for an investigation. Returns goods are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags.
